All the products in Feltberry shop are made to order and the images shown are just examples and show approximately what your item will look like. Fabric, shades of colour and trims may differ, making each item unique. Please note that the colours may vary on different computer monitors.
Due to handmade nature of the products, I don’t accept cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
I always want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them in their original condition for a refund. Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receiving.
The personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason you have a problem with a personalised item, please let me know and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
I accept payments by Cards via Stripe and via Paypal.
Processing & Shipping times
I sew and embroider by hand all the elements of my items, so there is 1-3 weeks waiting time once you place your order before it is complete.
Please contact me if you need your item sooner than that.
I ship from England via Royal Mail.
Average shipping time for the UK – 2-5 working days.
Worldwide average shipping time – 7-10 working days.
Safety advice I use two types of felt in my items – 100% wool felt and 40% wool blend felt. Both are non-toxic, safe for children and conform to EN 71 standard for toys. The fabric I use is 100% cotton unless stated otherwise. All items are from a smoke and pet free environment. My goods are not toys but home decorating items and not meant to be used directly with or by children.
Goods within reach of children (such as cushion covers etc.) embroidered with buttons, sequins and beads should be kept out of reach of children under 36 months due to small parts. Mobiles and wall hangings should be hung well out of the reach of children and fastened securely. Bunting should be kept out of reach of children to avoid risk of accident.
